Participant guide
Use this path if you want to discover events, register, and keep track of your place.
Before you start
Sign in to the correct section. Some events are visible only to particular membership statuses, and some registration actions stay unavailable until your profile is complete.
Start with your profile
If the app asks for missing information, complete your profile before trying to register. A section can require additional fields for its users.
Your first successful registration
Follow these guides in order:
Afterwards, the event appears with your registration status and the actions currently available to you.

Find and register
Discover an event, check its details, and continue to registration.
If you cannot continue
- You cannot find an event: it may not be published for your membership status, it may have ended, or its registration window may not be open.
- The registration button is unavailable: read the explanation shown on the event. Capacity, timing, profile data, and event-specific eligibility can all block registration.
- Your status looks wrong: ask a section admin to check your role and membership status.
- You need to give away a place: read Registration transfers (limited) before relying on a transfer code.
