Configure section settings

Required permissions

• Section admin: Only admins can open and save section settings. Open Settings → Section to manage values used throughout the section. Begin with the contact and website information in General settings.

If the Settings entry or save actions are unavailable, your account is not an admin. Ask another admin to make the change rather than sharing an admin session. General settings contain the section-wide contact and website values.

Set the public contact and preview text

Use a monitored Communication Email. The website title and description are used for link and search previews, so keep them short and recognizable. Select Save general settings after reviewing the values.

Changing currency does not convert existing amounts, and changing timezone affects how event times are interpreted. Treat those as separate operational changes and communicate them before saving. Review the section-wide values before saving them.

Confirm the saved values

Evorto reports Settings updated after the mutation succeeds. Reload the page and confirm the saved email and website title remain in the form. If the confirmation does not appear, do not assume the change was saved; correct any visible validation error and try once more. Reloading verifies that the section settings were stored.
